We are Heroes at 7th week at ABDC season 4

This week on ABDC the crews will compete against each other in two challenges: the Decade of Dance challenge, in which the crews will dance to a master mix of five songs from the past five decades, and the Last Chance Challenge. This is the first time in ABDC history that each of the top 3 crews have been in the bottom 2 at least once.It also marks the 4 time that the crew that was in the bottom two the week before went home the week after.

We are Heroes at 6th week at ABDC season 4.

The episode will be aired on September 13 as part of the VMA lineup. The episode will air at 7PM/6C, 1 hour before the VMA preshow. The final four crews will have to pay homage to the most memorable VMA performances of all time. The four crews will perform together in an opening number to “Smooth Criminal” by Michael Jackson.

We Are Heroes at 5th week at ABDC season 4 (Dance Crazy Changelle).

The five remaining crews are given some of the nation’s hottest dance crazes, including the Stanky Legg and Jerkin’. Similar versions of this challenge were used in the three previous seasons. The crews also have to do the challenge on a trampoline.

The six remaining crews are challenged to infuse the dance moves of the popular Bollywood culture in India, with their routines. In order to learn the complex Indian-themed dance style, the crews are meeting with renowned Bollywood choreographer Nakul Dev Mahajan.The episode was marked by controversy when Lil Mama’s critique to Leiomy Maldonado of Vogue Evolution was regarded as defamatory by many in the gay and transgender community.Lil Mama issued a formal apology for her comments in a statement to GLAAD.

We are Heroes at 1st week (Crew’s Choice Challenge)
The 9 crews performed to a song of their choosing. The bottom three were chosen by the judges and danced in a battle for 30 seconds each to a mastermix of “Boom Boom Pow” by the Black Eyed Peas. In the end, Fr3sh was forced to walk it out as the first elimination of the season.

We Are Heroes and Afroborike – Finale

On September 27, 2009, We Are Heroes made history as the first all-female crew to be crowned the winner of America’s Best Dance Crew Season 4, while Afroboriké were declared second place. This also marks the 4th straight time the team leading in votes prior to the final challenge has not been declared the winning team at the end (Status Quo in season 1, SoReal Cru in season 2, and Beat Freaks in season 3).
